The Chamber of Architects and City Planning, which has opened over 70 cases on building construction along the Mecidiyeköy and Levent line, somehow forgot to open a case in a timely manner on Aydın Doğan's Trump Towers project. The 35-story Trump Towers will be built under the partnership of Taşyapı-Doğan and Yeşil İnşaat. The billion dollar project will contain 398 luxurious flats. Doğan Group, participating in the partnership by providing the property, will receive 50% of the profit. The City Planning Chamber opened an action against the building of Trump Towers, a project worth $1 billion, in Mecidiyeköy, after the passing of the 120-day deadline. The case was then thrown out of court due to a lapse of time. |
