Iraqi Prime Minister Maliki replied to questions in the plane on his way to Ankara and said: "the PKK is a terrorist organization". However; instead of the treaty for cooperation in the fight against terrorism, which was expected to be signed, a memorandum agreement was signed instead. The treaty that was expected to be signed by Iraq's Prime Minister Nuri El Maliki, who came to Ankara with a committee consisting of 30 members upon the invitation of Prime Minister Tayyip Erdoğan. The treaty draft, which Turkey offered many years ago and which Iraq put off, was expected to be implemented in Ankara with a ceremony.
